It was the week before Christmas, 2020, and we were asked by a local community centre to help them design support bracing for their new indoor basketball hoops. At this point in time, our office was absolutely swamped with work. However, feeling the festive spirit we offered to help them out. As a busy firm, we understand the importance of organisation, client management and efficiency; and it took us just two days from the site inspection to issue the final invoice and drawings for our client. They were very pleased with our outstanding service and were grateful to be able to begin work installing their hoops for the new year.
